DESCRIPTION:OPW Kilkenny Castle is delighted to present our Garden Talks once again as part of our Spring Programme 2025 \nAs usual\, there will be a wide range of speakers\, covering a variety of topics. \nThe series starts on Tuesday 25 March and runs until Tuesday 6 May. \nAll talks are free and entry is on a first come first served basis. \nDoors open at 7:30pm. \nTuesday 1 April: Conall O’Caoimh \n‘Eco-aesthetic gardening: Creating beauty and habitats’ \nConall O Caoimh is a co-creator of Ardan Garden in Howth together with Nuala Doherty. They work their half-acre on Howth Hill as a series of separate spaces designed to create different moods. The garden is a rich botanical collection worked in a fully organic way. Conall and Nuala describe their approach as eco-aesthetic\, working to create habitats as well as beauty\, cultivating life within the soil  to benefit nature\, the garden and the gardener.
